All you have Done

Dear Parent Help: I wanted to send you a note of thanks for all youve done. I contacted a few different services of this type and immediately after speaking to you, I felt warmth and compassion that I did not feel from the other services. As much trouble as my son has been in, hes still my son, I still love him deeply, and I only wanted people who care to be the ones to transport him to his new surroundings. Again, I felt this instantly after speaking to you. The two gentlemen that you sent to the house were wonderful. They kept in contact with me while in transit to my house, and when they arrived, Matt immediately put me at ease. This was the hardest thing Ive ever had to do in my life, and I believe Matt knew that and had compassion for the situation. If I was going to bet money on the way the evening went, I would have put all I own on the fact that my son was not going to be home when they arrived, that if he was home, hed go kicking, screaming, biting, fighting, and breaking things along the way. Not only was my son home at the time, but he was sleeping and Matt and Wayne somehow got him to get up, put his clothes on and they WALKED out the door. I could not believe it. The professionalism your establishment has shown me is remarkable. Im glad I chose Parent Help to help me in a most distressful situation. Dawn
